Tailor was approached to apply our expertise to a sensitive build. The house needed a full renovation, and using the neighbourhood as inspiration, we turned this house into a perfectly suited arts and crafts style home. With a rear addition, new roof, an expansive master, and ensuite, we took the footprint that once was and created some extra space to live in. M21 Living being a new developer in Toronto was so pleased with the results and our process that we quickly extended our support into another two projects soon after.
